Winter road program underway at remote First Nations

The winter road program has started for remote First Nations.  This is an annual ritual where the province gives First Nations money to build temporary ice roads over frozen waterways.  The roads improve winter access for transporting goods and services.  This year 31 Aboriginal communities, like Moosonee, will share $5 million.
