Local area high schools have made it to the cardboard boat race provincial finals.
Espanola High School, École secondaire catholique Champlain, L’école secondaire Saint-Joseph and École secondaire catholique l’Horizon are the top finishers out of some 40 Northern Ontario teams.
All three will travel to Waterloo in March to represent Northern Ontario at the Provincial Cardboard Boat Races hosted by Skills Ontario.
