Work is underway to create more parking at the Health Sciences North hospital in Sudbury. The extra spaces will alleviate patient and visitor issues when the hospital’s existing parking is full. In all 965 new parking spaces will be added. Site preparation is underway and the actual construction will begin next spring. It will be carried out in phases so patients and visitors at the hospital aren’t impacted by the work. The additional spaces will be available next fall.
