Growing a community is an important part of opening a new business according to Espanola businessman, Ivan Shane.
The proprietor of DFR Sports Bar & Eatery opened a second restaurant in Espanola on Monday called Burgers Plus.
It offers a simplified menu for people on the go and is located in the downtown core providing service to students from Espanola High, as well as workers and residents in the downtown area.
Shane feels there is a real need for a business that can provide a meal in 10 minutes or less.
He adds opening the new business has created 20 new jobs also adding to the economic growth of Espanola.
