The NDP are unrelenting in their attacks against the Harper Tories for not spending $11 million in the FedNor budget. Timmins- James Bay MP Charlie Angus says for some reason the Tories have decided not to spend this money. Angus says instead it’s been put back in the treasury. Angus says the money should be spent to boost the north’s economy.
