The Harper Tories are feeling the anger from the NDP over unspent FedNor dollars. The NDP claim that $11 million in FedNor money has gone back into the treasury. NDP FedNor critic John Rafferty says the money could be used for mining and forestry jobs in the north. Rafferty adds with the Ring of Fire stalled, the north can use this money more than ever.
