The Espanola man charged in an internet luring case is once again out on bail. Paul McColeman was re-arrested in late August on three counts for breaching his bail conditions in connection with the luring case. However during a court appearance Tuesday, the Crown withdrew one of the counts and the court cleared him of the other two. Although McColeman is not behind bars, he’s still bound by the bail conditions from the internet luring case. McColeman answers to those charges in a December 2nd court appearance in Espanola.
