It was a busy weekend for all local Northern Ontario Junior A Hockey teams.
The Express won a 3-1 victory over the visiting Soo Eagles on Friday.
Soo Thunderbirds stayed unbeaten with a 5-1 victory over the Espanola Express Saturday and a 5-2 win over the Elliot Lake Wildcat 5-2 Sunday.
The Blind River Beavers pulled out a 3-2 win on Friday against the Wildcats and scored a 3-1 victory over the Soo Eagles Saturday.
