Cliffs Natural Resources has every reason to be upset with the government over the lack of action at the Ring of Fire. That’s according to Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli, who says the government has delivered nothing but shallow promises. Fedeli made the comment in Timmins while campaigning for the Progressive Conservative leadership. He says he has a definite plan for moving the project forward. Fedeli says assuming he becomes leader and wins the 2018 provincial election as Premier, he would expand the Ring of Fire by promoting an East -West all season road and a North – South rail way. Fedeli is going up against four others for the leadership; Christine Elliott, Monte McNaughton, Patrick Brown and Lisa MacLeod.
