Gravelle talks NHL in House of Commons

Sporting a Montreal Canadiens jersey in the House of Commons, Nickel Belt MP Claude Gravelle celebrated an agreement that once again brings the Habs into Northern Ontario homes.  In September a new agreement under the NHL resulted in regional blackouts of Montreal games in French in the north.  Gravelle says that upset many Habs fans across the north.  He took it upon himself to contact various cable companies in the north about providing the French telecasts and the big guns stepped up to the plate.  Gravelle made the comments before leaving for Italy to attended the 70th anniversary of Canada’s involvement in the Italian campaign.
