For the most part, hunters in Ontario are following the rules during this year’s various fall hunts. The Ministry of Natural Resources carried out an enforcement blitz of 4,500 hunters in October and laid only a handful of charges. In all, 173 charges were laid including failure to wear hunter orange and carrying loaded firearms.
