CIHL not folding says founder

The founder of the Canadian International Hockey League says the league is not folding despite the departure of four teams.  The departing clubs are Milton, Collingwood, Colborne and Toronto.  League founder Tim Clayden says the remaining northern teams, including Espanola, will play among themselves and teams from Michigan and Wisconsin.  It seems the departures are related to the clubs not being able to pay their bills.  Clayden says another issue was some of the southern teams were using import players without insurance which he says is unacceptable.
