A contractor in Espanola is out $1,000 in plumbing tools. The businessman had just wrapped up a job, put the tools in his van and talked to the homeowner inside the house. That conversation lasted about 10 minutes and when he went back to his van, his tools were gone. Espanola police have no suspects, but if anyone has information about the theft, they should call town police at 869-3251.
