East Algoma OPP have charged an Elliot Lake man with first degree murder in connection with a missing person case.
Twenty-three-year-old Brad Southwind was arrested and charged on Monday.
Back on February 14th, the human remains of 31-year-old Joseph Topping were found in a wooded area in Elliot Lake.
About a week later investigators called Topping’s death a homicide following the results of an autopsy.
