North Bay police have a second Halloween instance of someone inserting a razor blade into a chocolate bar. No one was hurt and police are investigating this incident along with a first case. Overall police are looking into three cases of tampering with treats. Their other case involves someone spreading a white powder on candy and giving it to a youngster Halloween evening.
