An appeal by the former owner of the Mattawa Blackhawks might go nowhere. David Beauchamp lost his franchise when the NOJHL took it away last month and he’s appealing to the NOHA. However, the commissioner of the NOJHL says Beauchamp should have appealed to the board of the NOJHL. Robert Mazzuca adds the deadline to appeal has now passed. Mazzuca told Moose News that Beauchamp was removed from the Hawks for a serious breach of the league’s constitution. He adds Beauchamp fully knows what the breach was. When asked by Moose News why his league membership was revoked, Beauchamp said he wasn’t certain.
