A 28-year-old St. Joseph Island man faces more charges after his SUV got into an accident in July killing his female passenger. Among the new charges the accused faces are impaired operation of a vehicle causing death and criminal negligence causing death. Twenty-five-year-old Sarah Boyle, also from St. Joseph, died when she was thrown from the SUV on Highway 129 north of Thessalon. Boyle and the driver were not wearing seatbelts.
