Blind River businesses are getting a quick online survey over the No Smoking by-law. There are several requests for the municipality to enforce the minimum distance a person can smoke outside from a building entrance. Â That distance is nine metres or about 30 feet. The chamber of commerce is sending out the online survey and is asking businesses to say yes or no if they want that aspect of the by-law enforced.
