An Elliot Lake couple is facing several drug charges following a raid on their home.
Just before noon on Thursday, East Algoma OPP executed a search warrant on a home on McKeown Road in Elliot Lake.
Police seized numerous firearms and ammunition, marihuana, hashish and cocaine, as well as numerous prescription drugs, over $5,400 in cash, numerous cell phones, and drug paraphernalia.
The estimated street value of the drugs was over $27,500.
A man and women residing at the residence were arrested and charged with a number of offences including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime and breach of fire regulations.
The appeared in Blind River bail court on Friday.
