Shots are now being fired outside the Chateau Laurier Hotel which is about a block away from Parliament Hill. There are reports that at least one shooter is still on the loose and another report of a shooter on the roof of the Parliament building. The Centre and East Blocks on the Hill are locked down. The Prime Minister is safe and the MPs are out. There is no official word on if there is one gunman or several shooters. A Canadian soldier was confirmed shot at the National War Memorial. The soldier was taken to hospital.
