Espanola’s annual Pumpkin and Fibre Arts Festival was a big success. Merchants are telling town officials business was really good during the three day event because of the many visitors coming to town. The festival featured workshops dealing with various art forms and a pumpkin weigh-in contest. The pumpkin contest was won by young Emma Ingram with a pumpkin that weighed 95 pounds. Emma took home a TV set and basket fall of food products.
