The Town of Espanola and Mnidoo Mnising Coalition Against Domestic Violence is hosting a Women’s Wellness Day where both women and men are invited.
The free day of networking, activities and guest speakers starts at 9 am this morning at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex.
The keynote speaker is Julie Lalonde with her presentation of ‘I’ve Got Your Back’, based on her own experiences of intimate domestic violence.
Workshops include jewelry making, sketching in colour and a social dancing seminar.
Light snacks and lunch are also free, and everyone is invited to attend.
