Espanola’s Eagles in the Bantam division are regional winners.
The Bantams of the Espanola Eagles Minor Hockey Association didn’t have it easy in bringing home the North Eastern House League championship banner on Monday.
The game was all tied up 4-4, so it went into overtime.
After ten minutes of OT, there still wasn’t a score, so it was shoot-out time.
It took seven shooters before Espanola’s Austin Leclair capped in the puck at the top of the net for the win.
