The man who listened to thousands of hours of testimony over the doomed Algo Centre Mall is in Elliot Lake today. Justice Paul Belanger will release his findings during a special event at the Civic Centre. The building is expected to be packed with residents. Also at the event will be the ministers of community safety and attorney general. The inquiry was to determine why the Algo Centre Mall collapsed and how to prevent a reoccurrence elsewhere in Canada.
