The five waterfront lots on Sugar Bush Heights on Dunlop Lake in Elliot Lake are now on the market.
Elliot Lake council has been working closely with the Elliot Lake Residential Development Commission to sell prime property in the city.
The lots ranging from two to 5.2 acres are up for sale with a minimum bid of $115,000.
The commission is overseeing the marketing of the lots on behalf of the city.
Council gave its approval to go ahead with the sale on Monday night.
