Rain has closed a couple of highways north of Thessalon because of flooding and washouts. Highway 556, also known as Ranger Lake Road, is closed from Highway 129 to Highway 532. And Highway 532 itself just north of Ranger Lake Road is also closed because of flooding. There are no detours around the closures and it’s not known when both roadways will re-open.
