Having a pool can make for plenty of fun and some serious bragging rights with cardboard and duct tape.
Espanola High School students know that and are ready to host more than 120 students from northeastern Ontario to build a boat made of cardboard and duct tape, see if it floats, and then race.
The students have two hours to do it.
The fastest teams with the heaviest boats will get the highest points.
The popular event will be held today from 12 noon to 3:00pm at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex, and the public is invited to attend.
