By now Espanola residents should have their mail kit to vote in the October 27th municipal and school board elections. If you haven’t received your kit, you need to go to the Town Hall. Only people with names on the voters list will have received the kits. Once you have the kit, fill the ballot out for who you want to sit on council and the school board. Then you can either drop it in the mail or on weekdays at the town hall. The ballots will remain sealed and counted on election night.
