The Soo Eagles completed a 4-3 win over the Elliot Lake Wildcats in a Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League match-up Thursday at Centennial Arena.
The Rayside-Balfour Canadians got a 5-2 victory over the Espanola Express in a contest last night at the Chelmsford Arena.
The Express is the only team that will play two games this weekend.
The Blind River Beavers will take on the Express in Espanola at 7:30pm tonight.

The Express then travel to take on the Rayside Balfour Canadians on home ice for a 7:30 puck drop tomorrow.
Elliot Lake will also be on the road tomorrow … to Kirkland Lake to take on the Miners at 7:00 pm.
