There are two school board meetings to discuss blending schools in Elliot Lake.

In 2013, the two Catholic boards conducted a joint feasibility study looking at various options for the optional use of space, and another study also took place in 2017 between the two French boards.
The French Catholic board is hosting a public information session this Thursday at 6:00pm at Georges Vanier.
During this meeting, the main elements of the joint feasibility study conducted with the Public English board, as well as the option proposed in the study with the Catholic English board, will be presented.
The English Catholic board will also hold a public information session this Thursday at 7:00pm at VFJ High School.
