Jacob Kelly of the Elliot Lake Wildcats has been named an Eastlink Star of the Week.
The 17-year-old Barrie, Ontario, native suited up twice for Elliot Lake last week and picked up four points along the way.
Kelly scored twice including the game winner on Friday, and helped out on Saturday against Timmins.
Currently leading Elliot Lake in offense, Kelly enters play this week tied for third in NOJHL scoring with 51 points, which is a career best for him.
His record so far, 24 goals and 27 assists.
