A food co-op in Sudbury is trying to provide more local food for parts of Northern Ontario. Eat Local Sudbury is trying to determine food demand and production in different regions of the north. It wants to expand its food hub to take in Espanola, Manitoulin and part of Algoma and other northern communities. The goal is to increase access to more local food through better distribution.
