A judge needs more time to decide what punishment a Blind River man will face after he caused an his explosion in his apartment when making hash oil from marijuana.
Sixty-four-year old Gary Ross Warbrick pleaded guilty to arson with disregard to human life and production of a controlled substance on May 31st, according to the Sudbury Star.
Superior Court Justice Michael Varpio planned to announce his sentence on Friday, but told the Crown and defence attorneys he needs time to consider the case.
The incident happened at a four-unit complex on Nadon Street on December 23rd, 2014.
No new date for sentencing has been set.
