Espanola council has given its stamp of approval to the revised Official Plan, but not without some concerns raised by the public.
A special meeting was held last night to review the document one more time before final approval.
Members of the Save AB Ellis Public School Committee are especially anxious to see council establish a Municipal Heritage Committee written into the OP.
That will happen with council unanimously endorsing the new plan during the regular meeting that followed, but it is not known when that will happen.
