A resident of the Serpent River First Nation remains in serious condition after being hit by a tractor trailer. Nineteen-year-old Jacob Mimeault was hit by the big truck near one of the road entrances to the reserve. The incident took place around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. OPP are continuing their investigation.
