Refugee family wants to thank Blind River community

A Syrian family wants to say thank you to the people of Blind River.
The public is welcome to a meet and greet with the newest residents, the Slaibis family from Syria.
Hussein, Yasmin, Muhammad, Ali, and Belal would like to thank everyone in the community of Blind River who sponsored and helped them establish a new life in Canada.
The meet and greet is this Saturday, November 11th from noon to 2:00 pm at Immanuel Baptist Church in Blind River.
