Fedeli downplays shrinking deficit

Vic Fedeli, the MPP for Nipissing, is downplaying the Liberal announcement that the deficit is $1.3 billion lower than forecast.  Fedeli says it’s lower only because the Liberals took one billion dollars out of reserves.  The Tory MPP adds the real story is how the deficit keeps growing under the Liberals.  He says the deficit stood at $9.2 billion and it’s been growing ever since.  He says this is not a reason to brag because the deficit is going the wrong way.  Fedeli says only the Liberals would pop the champagne corks for a problem they created in the first place.
