It’s been go, go, go, for Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli since announcing his bid for the Tory leadership last Wednesday. Fedeli has already visited a series of cities in Southwestern Ontario and Ottawa and soon he heads up to Thunder Bay. Fedeli’s leadership theme is Ontario First and he says it’s resonating with voters. One of his goals as he campaigns for the Progressive Conservative leadership is to restore pride in the party. The MPP says people want to have a greater say in the party. And Fedeli is empowering people to have that say through five constitutional amendments he’s created. Tories pick their new leader May 9th. So far Fedeli is going up against Christine Elliott, who is the perceived front-runner, and Monte McNaughton.
