Wikwemikong Tribal Police are still continuing their investigation into the death of a Little Current senior.
No new information has been released following the autopsy of 85-year-old Jim Still of Little Current.
Still passed away at the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current on August 30 from complications following ‘a violent incident’ on Friday, August 25 at the Wikwemikong Nursing Home where he was a resident.
Wikwemikong Tribal Police Chief Gary Reid says the investigation is continuing, but he cannot yet comment on the case or the outcome of the autopsy results held at the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Sudbury.
The police are still looking for information from the public.
