Sudbury police have arrested a young man after a stolen vehicle slammed into an SUV and also hit a construction worker. The worker wasn’t seriously hurt. In each instance the 19-year-old drove off but was caught on Thursday a day after the incidents. He’s charged with two counts of failing to stop and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. The man is also looking at single counts of weapons dangerous, assault with a weapon, theft of motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
