An 85-year-old woman from Wawa has been charged after her vehicle hit and killed a cyclist in the Algoma town. The woman is charged with careless driving. The victim was a 53-year-old woman also from Wawa. Nicole Spencer was hit mid-afternoon last Friday while cycling in the downtown area of town.
