An expert in the field of home and community care is the latest director to join the North East Local Health Integration Network. Kim Morris is Francophone and a resident of Sudbury. For years Morris has been an advocate for French-language health services for Francophones in the region. Morris has worked with several northern agencies including the Nouvel-Ontario school board. She is now the Dean of Health Sciences at College Boreal. Morris is also the current Chair of the Heads of Health Sciences of Ontario.
