Pink Day for Rainbow students

Rainbow schools are a sea of pink today.  The school board is holding its annual wear pink day as a means to stand up to bullying.  And education director Norm Blaseg is inviting the general public to also wear pink to protest bullying behavior.  Stand Up Against Bullying Day began in Nova Scotia several years ago and has caught on in other communities.  A male student was ridiculed for wearing pink clothing so two other teenage boys rallied by getting more students to wear pink.
