Fedeli: Asset sales going to reduce deficit

Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli believes the Liberals are trying to sell the main LCBO building in Toronto to reduce the deficit.  But the Tory finance critic says selling the building, which the Progressive Conservatives don’t oppose, doesn’t fix the massive deficit problem the Liberals created.  That’s because the Liberals keep spending more than they take in and if that doesn’t change soon there won’t be any assets left to reduce the defict.  Fedeli also says money from asset sales is supposed to end up in the Trillium Foundation.  And while the Tories want all the money to be applied to the foundation, the Liberals oppose that.  That’s why Fedeli believes money from the sale will go to the deficit.
