Thousands of dollars in copper lugs stolen in Cochrane

In Cochrane, someone has stolen more than $20,000 worth of copper material.  Police say 58 boxes of copper lugs stored in a locked, metal storage container were stolen.  The theft took place at a solar panel construction site.
