The hospital’s admitting desk now closes at 10:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 p.m. If you need admission to the health centre after 10:00 p.m., patients have to go to emergency. Hospital CEO Gaston Lavigne says the hospital needs to find savings and the goal is to reduce costs that have the least impact on patients.
