The Town Hall building in Espanola is now flying a flag to raise awareness about ovarian cancer. Council has declared this month Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Local initiatives include an annual walk this Sunday to fight this cancer. Several events are planned before the walk including the Espanola Lions hosting a breakfast. Pledge forms are available at several locations including Rustie’s Café in the mall.
