A Webbwood woman is charged with fraud over $5,000 after a non-profit group was defrauded over a period of time. Espanola police say the accused is 50 and the organization’s treasurer. The president of the non-profit group told police someone made unauthorized cash withdrawls beginning in June of 2012. In addition, there were more than $5,000 in unauthorized purchases made using a debit card.
