Renovation delays at the Espanola water tower could mean excess noise for local residents

Crews are now working around the clock to finish renovations on the Espanola water tower by the deadline. Delays from what are called unforeseen circumstances are forcing the 24-hour schedule. That could mean excess noise for local residents as the work continues. The town has said they will take all measures to minimize the noise between 11:00pm and 7:00am.

The work includes an interior lining replacement, and a new paint job. The deadline has been set for August 1st
