A Sudbury-based company is trying to make children’s visits to Health Sciences North in Sudbury a little less stressful. Northern Voice and Data has donated a 27 inch tablet to the NEO kids’ clinic. It’s in the waiting room and now children can watch movies or play games while seeing their doctor or waiting for treatments. Some kids have to wait up to eight hours for regular treatments and the company says that can be stressful. Northern hopes the tablet makes the hospital visit a bit more enjoyable.
